On the 28th and 29th July 2007 Red Bull came to London for an extravaganza of excitement, high speed air acrobatics and precision flying. Up to 14 different Barnstormers battled it out at breakneck speeds of up to 400km per hour in an exhilarating two day event.

Carrying on their tradition of working on the best events and with the most high profile sponsors within sports, Icon received a brief directly from Red Bull to produce and install spectacular Grandstand wraps for all four Grandstands.

Two of the grandstands were situated on the O2 side of the river with the other two on the Peruvian Wharf side. Each side presented Icon with a set of unique challenges which were met head on and within the short time frame available, delivering the grandstand wraps in time for the arrival of thousands of spectators lining the banks of the river, making sure there was absolutely no confusion as to who the event headline sponsor was.
