Colt Conference

Colt Technology Services Group held their four main conferences consecutively over the period of one week all within one venue. 

The purpose of the conferences included:  Presenting the management workforce with a review of 2010, revealing the 2011 business goals and strategies and the facilitation of teamwork, networking, excitement and pride in the company.

Each evening throughout the week there was a mix of informal and gala dinners held individually for the delegates of the separate conferences, with interactive activities and entertainment organised for all.
 
ICON rose to the challenge, easily co-ordinating the content requirements of the Colt facilitators and ensuring each session had the production elements required.  Logistics and ‘flow’ was also important and to this end ICON liaised with Colt daily and updated demands as required.
