Working with some of the world's best marketing and communications agencies, Icon Look was appointed to consult on the image and dressing programme for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games Bid, from inception through to implementation.
With a comprehensive and innovative scoping exercise carried out by Justine Mills, Icon's Look Director, we were able to showcase Sochi's unique strengths and make recommendations to enhance the look of the city with visually stunning displays. These included street banners, large scale building wraps, public showpieces and of course the signage to illustrate the potential venues for the International Olympic Committee Evaluation Commission Visit.
Our experience of the London 2012 Summer Olympic Bid proved invaluable and meant that we were fully prepared and able to cope with the pressures and challenges of a similar project.
Our working knowledge of the requirements of such a unique project also meant that we were able to identify and prevent possible problems and handle with ease circumstances that occur within the timetable of the project - such as visits from the International Olympic Committee.
