This brief involves an area being developed by British Land at the heart of the City of London - 201 Bishopsgate.  British Land is one of the UK's largest quoted property companies and the site has been dressed by Icon whilst it undergoes construction.  Icon has designed, produced and installed some radical new approaches to property branding, introducing the first large format electroluminescent display on a property site anywhere in the UK.

We were faced with numerous logistical challenges including restricted access to the site.  It has therefore been a huge achievement to have installed the 48 sheet poster sites, standard logo panels and lighting.  We have constructed tensioned pvc mesh banners, lightboxes and several electroluminescent panels as well as standard logo panels and lighting.
